1. Supporting details. Why are your points good points? In other words, what is the evidence that each point is true? This is the same as saying, "I believe this (point) is good because........". Each point will have: an example & at least one more supporting detail (fact/statistic/expert opinion).
2. Examples. For this lesson, the main thing is to have one example that clearly illustrates each point.

3. Discuss your ideas with a friend & select what you believe is the best example for each point.
Presentation portfolio: Highlight in a different color your three (3) best examples.
4. Update your informal outline.
