Course Overview

The Task
To support your thesis (belief) about your presentation topic with three (3) good reasons & in as much depth & detail as possible in five to seven minutes.

Activities
All written activities will be completed in the student's e-portfolio hosted at Google Docs.

* Select topic
* Brainstorm what you already know
* Write thesis (your opinion about your topic)
* Write three reasons, including examples
* Organise ideas: 'working' informal outline
* Select & read two (2) sources (minimum)
* Organise ideas: formal outline
* Select three (3) visual aids (minimum)
* Practice
* Present
